Если совсем коротко: Avril - это интернет-сервис для управления рабочими нарядами мобильных сотрудников. Сервисом можно пользоваться через два различных интерфейса. Для создания и управления нарядами диспетчер пользуется интерфейсом браузера. А уже созданные диспетчером наряды синхронизируются со смартфонами или планшетами сотрудников, на которых установлены мобильные приложения, предназначенные для обработки нарядов и заполнения анкет, гибко настраиваемых под процессы в конкретной компании.
Avril помогает решить множество проблем, возникающих в ходе работы с выездными бригадами в самых различных отраслях. Перечислить даже только основные из них займет довольно долгое время. Но мы попробуем :)
Первой приходит в голову логистика и службы доставки. Ведь именно там сотрудники по роду своей деятельности проводят большую часть времени в дороге. Вторыми в этом списке будут, наверное, охранные предприятия и службы безопасности. В них часто бывают необходимыми "группы быстрого реагирования", работу которых можно формализовать с помощью сервиса Avril. Большую помощь окажет Avril также службам технического и эксплуатационного обслуживания. Гибкость сервиса окажется большим подспорьем когда нужно будет описывать процессы присущие той или иной отрасли техобслуживания.
Кроме этих примеров, которые сразу приходят в голову, можно привести и другие: клининговые компании, медобслуживание на дому, строительные компании и многие, многие другие.

Зачем нужен еще один сервис для управления задачами? Действительно, таких сервисов в интернете сотни, если не тысячи. Тот же Google Calendar вполне сносно может организовать список задач. И даже не только на одного сотрудника.
Но именно Avril поможет вам наиболее точно формализовать именно ту задачу, которую нужно решить в данном конкретном проекте. Благодаря гибкости, присущей Avril, для каждого проекта или для каждого вида задач можно определить свой собственную анкету-формуляр, которая должна быть заполнена по завершении наряда. Эта анкета может состоять из полей разных типов, например, текста, даты, времени или даже подписи. А уже на основе этих анкет формируются полностью индивидуализируемые отчеты.
Приведем в качестве примера охранное предприятие. Его сотрудники могут выезжать на рутинное патрулирование территории, или на выполнение задачи по тревоге, или же, если это, например, технический персонал, на инсталляцию какого-то технического оборудования. В каждом из этих случаев анкета, которую сотрудник должен заполнить по завершении наряда, может радикально отличаться. В одном случае он, например, должен взять подпись с клиента, в другом - подписаться сам, в третьем - составить список установленного оборудования и его количество, и так далее.
Таким образом, при помощи Avril вы наиболее точно и полно отобразите процессы, присущие вашей компании, вашей манере работы.
