==== Meeting with Andrey Konakov on 30.06.2021 ====

On 29.06.2021 I was contacted by Andrey Konakov and on 30.06.2021 we had an online meeting.

  * Okdesk exists since 2015
  * Two founders, who worked previously on other help desk projects in Russia
  * A system for "field services"
  * 700 clients (100 "integrators")
  * Tariffication:
    * internationally there are 2 tariffs
      * "Full" & "light" (my terms)
      * One "full" license costs per field worker - 15€ (for end user? or for integrator?)
    * in Russia there are multiple tariffs (more than two)
  * The system exists in following languages
    * Russian
    * English
    * Spanish
    * Romanian
  * It is possible to "white-label" the system
    * own icon
    * own domain
    * okdesk.de is occupied (it seems by Okdesk developer)
