  * **-** Analyze what is to do
    * **+** Check it on DEV (!) -> maybe it is local setting from Mr.Kruppa -> it's not a local settings, but...
    * **-** It seems, that it is the setting of the property "file.encoding", which is set to "ISO8859_1" on the DEV. So this charset does not contain '€' signs. Burkhard is now checking whether it will work, if he sets the encoding to "UTF-8".
  * **-** Fix -> Burkhard will do it through configuration
  * **-** Test -> wait for Burkhard
