To reproduce the issue:
  * Import
  * Download CSV
  * Change CSV
    * Ask Holger which fields should be changed
  * Upload changed CSV

  * To ''POCollabEngineEJB'' was added code, that checks collab version.

===== Fix =====
  * Idea from Holger & Burkhard:
    * Do not throw exception in ''IPOImportCSV.checkCollabUpdateVersion()'' on ''if ( poData.getCollabUpdateVersion() != poData.getCollabUpdateVersionOrg() )'' but add to it ''&& isKitComponent()'' (or something like this).
