  • can be done only by a Jira admin
  • Described in this article:
• (teil-)automatisierte Formulare/Prozesse für regelmäßige Aufträge/Anfragen
• Umwandlung wiederkehrender Aufgaben in regelmäßige Tickets
• Verarbeitung verschiedener Eingangskanäle (Portal, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefon/Flurfunk, Teams)
  • Chat possible, also a Teams integation exists, but IMHO E-Mail is enough for the first time
• Knowledge Base
  • it should be initialized by an admin
    • Simon should approve my request
    • maybe it would be made with Steffen + Simon because an integration with existing Confluence can be made
• Sortierung durch Tags o.ä.
  • Possibilities:
    • Labels
      • BUT: the field “Labels” should exists in the “Request type”
    • Queues
• Verknüpfung von Tickets
  • ⇒ WORKS
• ggf. automatische Zuordnung von Tickets; Übernehmen von Tickets
  • can be done relatively simply
• Eingangsbestätigungen & Aktualisierungen
  • ⇒ WORKS

• E-Mail Address
  • is support@djhn.atlassian.net really good?
    • IMHO change it in (Bereich?) settings or make a redirect

• Strengths
  • functionalities and their number
  • widespread
  • price ?
• Weaknesses
  • logics
  • too complex for “normal” user
  • German translation

  • Vouchers
  • Hardware
  • Personalmeldungen
  • ?
• Fetch users from AD
