On 29.06.2021 I was contacted by Andrey Konakov and on 30.06.2021 we had an online meeting.

• Okdesk exists since 2015
• Two founders, who worked previously on other help desk projects in Russia
• A system for “field services”
• 700 clients (100 “integrators”)
• Tariffication:
  • internationally there are 2 tariffs
    • “Full” & “light” (my terms)
    • One “full” license costs per field worker - 15€ (for end user? or for integrator?)
  • in Russia there are multiple tariffs (more than two)
• The system exists in following languages

  • Spanish
  • Romanian
• It is possible to “white-label” the system
  • own icon
  • own domain
  • okdesk.de is occupied (it seems by Okdesk developer)
