it is possible to create “network-linked” excursions for SUPPLIER with “all” selected in all 3 select boxes (Org / CG / CP)

But our code de facto does not allow such excursions during loading (see ControlPointSqlBuilder.build())

So the question is: are such excursions valid? In other words: should we change our code in ControlPointSqlBuilder.build() (add an “if else (allSelectedInallThreeBoxes())”-case) ?

OR should we prevent the possibility to create such excursions in the UI (during create/update)
