    • [BA] при работе приложения вместе с таскером traccar.intent.action.START_SERVICE работает как надо, а STOP_SERVICE изменяет состояние, т.е. если служба была остановлена, то она запускается, и наоборот.
    • [BA] поменяйте имя параметра BATTERY на batt
    • [BA] добавьте параметр charging (булево), который будет означать заряжается телефон или нет.
    • [BA] Check: в 9-ом Андроиде HTTP по умолчанию запрещен
