topoststelle.hza-karlsruhe@zoll.bund.de - the “proper” way (that not works, because I can't properly login with my “Online Ausweis” because of technical issues in Zoll portal):
- 03.01.2025 → received an confirmation letter (per Post) from Hauptzollamt Karlsruhe (sent 29.01.2025)
- login worked (19.07.2025)
- in browser on the tablet and then Online Ausweis App on the smartphone (!)

- 19.11.2024 → called Hr.Pardubsky and sent him an email with my new banking data
- 19.11.2024 → received a confirmation email, that he did it, so next year the tax will be booked from my new account
- 21.02.2025 → 145,85 EUR booked from C24 account
- we can interpret it as DONE, but…

- xx.01.2025 → Privatkundentelefon 0800 2 9820 20 angerufen und folgende Info bekommen:
- ⇒ Formular ausdrucken, unterschreiben einscannen und an AWB schicken
- 18.01.2025 → sent a filled out form through their portal and received an automatical receiving confirmation
- 21.01.2025 → received a confirmation through email about my banking account change
- ⇒ waiting for first debit entry
- 05.02.2025 → received a letter “Abfallgebührenbescheid” with the phrase that the money will be booked from the OLD (Sparkassen-) account
- 06.02.2025 → called the hotline and asked whether the change was made
- the woman on the phone said that “Abfallgebührenbescheid” was created before the change, but the booking will be made from the NEW account. So I have to wait for the booking at 20.02.2025.
- 20.02.2025 → 86,12 EUR were booked from C24 account
