- (Client) Don't synchronize jobs unnecessary (e.g. deleted jobs, if it is the first sync or the deleted job are not yet on the tablet).
- Give the users possibility to create their own:
- organizations
- users
- Give the users possibility to manage questionnaires
- Ideally would be to make all operations possible (CRUD), but for the time being “Upload” and “Delete” would be enough
